Q: Is it really that fun?
A: YES! I often hear people saying they have
never had so much fun working out! But you don't have to take it from
me, check out these

Q: What if I am out of shape or
think I am uncoordinated?
A: All of the moves can be modified to
accommodate any fitness level or ability. In class I will often show
alternative moves for more difficult, high intensity, or high impact
moves.
Q: Can I start the class on any
week?
A: At the Fields, yes. Stop in for any class;
although we sell punch passes, classes are offered on a drop-in basis.
At the TLRC, you have the opportunity to sign up for a full session (8
weeks for adults, 4-6 weeks for children) or you can purchase a punch
pass for adult classes.
Q: What do I wear to class?
A: Standard fitness apparel is appropriate.
Shorts, t-shirts, yoga pants, etc. Be comfortable and ready to move!
Q: What type of shoes do I
wear?
A: Gym shoes with good support. Running shoes
are ok, but typically have a lot of tread, which makes twisting hard on
the knees. The best shoes are trainers but you can wear any gym shoe to
class.
